Who I am?
Like you, I am a professional in marketing and customer experience area. I gained my knowledge in university but also on the job. I have discovered CX as a standalone discipline in the last 8 years, however, my marketing expertise and professional career of overt 25 years have always considered the customer and their experiences and emotions with.... the brand, the organisation, the products, the touch points and distribution, etc. You see my point :)
